Services are available for users with genuine Microsoft Office licenses.

A stable internet connection is required for remote assistance.

3. Payment & Pricing

Payments must be made before the service begins.

Prices may change without prior notice.

No refunds once the service is successfully delivered.

4. License & Activation

We only assist in activating genuine Microsoft Office licenses.

The validity of customer-provided licenses is their responsibility.

We do not sell pirated or illegal software.

5. Warranty & Support

We offer 7 days of technical support after service completion.

Reinstallation due to system formatting or hardware failure may incur extra charges.

6. User Responsibilities

Customers must ensure their system meets the minimum requirements for Microsoft Office.

We are not responsible for data loss; users should back up their data before installation.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages, software conflicts, or data loss caused by third-party applications.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Privacy Policy

We do not store personal or payment information.

Remote access is granted with customer permission and terminated after service completion.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before installation start are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations are not allowed once the service has started.
